Yvezi is an online-only retailer serving customers throughout the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched from partner warehouses.
Products may be dispatched by our suppliers from China, Taiwan or the Netherlands. The dispatch location can depend on the product.
Our business address in the United States is not a warehouse, dispatch location or physical shop. A dispatch country does not identify where a product was manufactured.
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days for order preparation, then 7–10 business days in transit, giving an estimated total of 10–15 business days.
- Express delivery: 3–9 business days in total, including order preparation and transit.
Free Standard delivery on all UK orders (10–15 business days). Express delivery £4 (3–9 business days).

Yvezi bears the import taxes and import charges for delivery to the United Kingdom.
You can request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. The 30-day period is the time to request a return, not a requirement for the parcel to arrive back within that period.
Returns are sent by mail to the supplier handling the item. Contact help@yvezi.com for the return country, full address and instructions for your item before sending it. You can also ask for this information before buying. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the direct return postage; international return postage may be required.
